Self Confidence Spell

Due to some recent weight gain (depression actually sucks) I have been struggling a lot with self-confidence. I put together this little spell/ritual and it really has helped me a lot! I hope it helps y’all, and let me know if you try it!

What I did:

The very first thing I did is grounded myself. I usually will do a little bit of yoga to help me feel more calm and collected. 

After I was grounded, I did all my skin prep. I used a rose facial spray, rose infused moisturizer, and rose oil. I associate roses with Aphrodite and love. 

I then started by getting all dolled up, all while repeating affirmations to myself (when I do this again, I will enchant the makeup before hand), After I felt glamorous (side note: this is also took a little while- I had to take extra care to not be picking apart every single aspect of my appearance), I found some outfits that I feel absolutely sexy in. I then took some pictures. I promised myself that I wouldn’t delete every single one. When looking back over them, I selected the ones where I felt that I looked the best, and picked out a few things about each that I loved. I really tried to avoid any negativity here. 

After I narrowed down my favorites, I printed them out using my polaroid printer (but you can also print these at a walgreens/target/etc.). Once they were all printed out I sat down with my rose quartz and a pink marker. Pink corresponds with love, compassion, and self-improvement. Rose Quartz corresponds with the Heart Chakra and matters of the heart. I then drew a symbol that I personally attribute to confidence and love on the back of each polaroid in the pink marker. I then took turns setting the rose quartz on top of each polaroid, allowing it to charge the symbol. I also focused my intent on feeling self-confident again, remembering what it was like to feel powerful and sexy again. 

Once my charging was complete, I then continued to repeat confirmations as I hung them up on my wall. 

After I was done, I gave thanks to Aphrodite and put away my supplies. 

For recharging I have been kissing the pictures gently and also holding the rose quartz to it.
