starmagicks:

You Will Need…

 • Rosemary [Love]
 • Lavender [Calming]
 • Rose Petals [Love]
 • Chamomile [Calming
 • Salt [Purification]
 • White candle(s) [Serenity]
 • Blue candle(s) [Calming]

Intent: To release anger, to calm down

 • 1. Combine the herbs, salt, and sugar in a sachet. Focus on your intent as you mix them together.
 • 2. Draw your bath. You may want to add salt crystals or Epsom salts. Add your sachet to the water and focus on the healing energies of the ingredients being released into the water.
 • 3. Light your candles and place them near the tub if possible.
 • 4. Step into the tub. Relax. Breathe. Imagine your body absorbing the positive energies of the sachet. Relax your mind and your body. Focus on positivity.
 • 5. In your head or out loud, chant or sing or whisper this:

“I am clean, I am serene.
Anger does not control me.
I will not shout, I will not lash out.
Anger does not control me.”

 • 6. Repeat this as many times as you need, but aim to repeat it at least 3 times.
 • 7. Wash your hair and your body. Imagine that you’re scrubbing away the negativity.
 • 8. Rinse off and drain the tub. Imagine all of your negativity going down the drain and away from you. Now you are open to absorb only good things.
 • 9. Dry off, get dressed, blow out the candles, but most importantly: breathe.

If you don’t have blue candles or if you just want something extra to add a couple drops of blue food coloring to tint your bath water 🙂

hey guys unpopular opinion but you’re not a bad person if you don’t care about every bad thing happening in the world all the time, or if you do care but you’re not constantly reblogging posts spreading awareness and information

it’s okay if you’re just on tumblr to have fun and reblog things you like or that make you happy.

humans aren’t made to process trauma and suffering on a worldwide scale without any breaks whatsoever & the internet has created an unprecedented access to bad news so please never feel guilty for scrolling past it because you can’t process it! and you’re not doing anything wrong & there’s no need to feel guilty

Keep My Name Off Your Lips

switchywitchy:

A hex for staying wagging tongues

You will need:

🕸three nails/needles/pins

🕸half a lemon

🕸a small glass (shot glasses work great, but any cup will do)

🕸a pinch of cayenne (or regular black) pepper

🕸a small compact mirror

🕸something to write on the mirror (eyeliner or a dry erase marker)

Gather your materials, and find a quiet place. This spell is best worked at night, after the moon has risen and the stars are out.

1. On your mirror, write the name or initials of the person you are hexing.

2. Take your half a lemon, and while firmly envisioning the person you are hexing, use one of your nails to carve a pair of eyes and a mouth into the skin of the fruit.

3. Hold the lemon and say

“(persons name),
Keep my name off your lips
May the poison you speak turn back upon you
Keep your eyes off my face
May you see the ugliness inside yourself instead
So I say, so it will be”

4. Draw x’s through the eyes and mouth of the lemon, then push the nails through the center of each x, pushing all your emotions and pent up feelings into the lemon.

5. Squeeze the lemon and collect the juice in the cup. Mix in a few flakes of the pepper, and stir with your finger.

6. Using your finger, drip the mixture onto the mirror and their name. Let the liquid sit for a moment, and imagine all of its acidity and bitterness being sent to the person you’re hexing. Then, when you feel the energy has built enough, swipe your finger through their name and smear it until it cannot be read.

7. Dispose of your materials properly, and leave your mirror to dry somewhere where it will get sun. The spell is cast.

🕸Note: Hexes work until the intended learns their lesson. If they have already learned their lesson, the hex will not work!

weird study tip:

if u don’t feel motivated, pretend ur in a movie or tv show. you know the scenes where they’re on their bed with their feet tucked up and crossed at the ankle, and they’re cracking open highlighters with their teeth and poring over a textbook with smooth rock music playing? that. bonus points for a perfect messy bun and spencer hastings outfit.
