Just a reminder that I really appreciate it when people make an effort to research/find things before sending me an ask. A majority of the asks I get I simply link some tumblr searches and tags that lead people to dozens of resources. It’s not my job to search through those tags for you and I frankly don’t have the energy to do it. When I do link tags, it’s not to be passive aggressive, it’s just to give you the resources I would use.

I’ve also gotten so many asks that are phrased perfectly for a google search, and while don’t (usually) simply copy and paste your words into a google search and link that – it is tempting! I’m a person, not a search engine. Google first, then ask people ❤

I am more than happy to:

  • Give you some search parameters and key words to use if you aren’t finding what you’re looking for.
  • Speak my opinion on certain things, or how I personally incorporate things into my practice.
  • Clarify conflicting information you find (if I can).
  • Answer additional questions you have (if I can).
  • Post your question to my followers if I don’t have an answer for you to the above things!
  • Honestly if you take the time and look and tell me that, I appreciate you SO MUCH! It feels like you value my time, my energy, and my input.
  • Also a huge thank you to everyone who is polite in their asks!

This is not to be elitist or rude, but witchcraft involves a time investment and research – please don’t expect me to do those things for you if you don’t also put effort in!

Anyways you should send me any animal track mysteries you have and if you don’t have any: LOOK HARDER. There’s evidence of animals all around us, even in cities!

Or even just animal tracks you find. Give me something to geek out on!

Mouse, thank you so much for doing what you do. This really helps me. I’m currently bedridden right now and this is such a godsend. It’s nice to know I’m not alone- thank you. I absolutely adore your blog and you, and it always makes me happy. I’m so glad you’re in my life, even if we don’t interact.

You’re very welcome! A big part of my goal with having this blog was to make more content for spoonie and chronically ill witches and to help us all feel a little less alone. Health problems can feel so isolating, but there’s such a big community of us! May your days be filled with minimal pain and symptoms, and may you find something new and exciting to keep you occupied and entertained while you’re bed bound ❤
