It really depends on the pantheon! This is one of those things that is great to google because I’m not knowledgeable on all of the deities that are out there.
For the Greek pantheon:
- Eos is the goddess of dawn
- Neaera is a nymph whose name means new-rising and was believed to be a minor goddess of dawn
- Alectrona is the goddess of morning
- Apollon is god of the sun
- Helios is god of the sun
*Note: For many of the deities I listed above, they are often the god/dess of many things with the above mentioned being only one of their aspects.
Searching “Deity of sunset/sunrise/sun/solar” will likely provide you with some helpful lists of those deities within pantheons I’m less familiar with! 🙂
