A simple, fast spell to perform when a friend has overstayed their welcome and you just want to be alone, but you donāt want to make them feel unwelcome at your house!
Pour water from your pipes into a glass. Shake pepper into the water and then swirl the peppered water with your finger and say as many times as feels right:
Youāve overstayed your welcome dear,
And though youāre always welcome here
I ask that you do leave today
And go on your safe and merry way.
Pour the glass down the sink drain to send it through your pipes and throughout your house. I used this spell to politely nudge a dear friend of mine who had decided to stay all day. I was tired and wanted some alone time, so I used this little spell and she was gone in 5 minutes after casting!
in a podcast i was listening to they were talking about the concept of beingĀ āsingleā and how that is just a term that society has taken on when referring to someone who āisnāt in a long term relationship.ā but what they said is that no one is ever really āsingleā simply because we all have so much love around us from so many different people in our lives and we can give so much love to those people. love should not be defined by the length of a relationship.Ā love is about connection. if we can transform how we view love then it can better our relationships overall. that really hit home for me; just thinking about all of the love iām surrounded by from the people in my life. just wow. so when you put it like that, single doesnāt seem so bad.
Iām taking a bit of a break from Tumblr to recharge and find some positivity in my life! Iāll also be on a trip for a portion of next week so I wouldāve been gone anyways.
