Items required:

• Red candle 
• A wearable item of your choice
• Lavender water
• The song “No” by Meghan Trainor 

Best performed before planning to go out somewhere. 

1. Light candle.
2. While playing the song, lightly anoint the item of your choice with the lavender water for protection against whatever energies you choose. 
3. Focus on your intent until the song is over.
4. Snuff out the candle, and proceed to get ready as usual.
