I’m glad you were able to find some certainty and relief ❤️
Nah it’s fine I talk about it all the time! I have Chronic Lyme disease and seven co-infections (which are also chronic but can be fully treated with time).
I enjoy washing my face with water or putting water drops on key points of my face (forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, sometimes eyelids). Then I’ll sit and settle my body down and focus on my breathing and quieting my mind.
How do you all ground after performing magic?
You’re very welcome! A big part of my goal with having this blog was to make more content for spoonie and chronically ill witches and to help us all feel a little less alone. Health problems can feel so isolating, but there’s such a big community of us! May your days be filled with minimal pain and symptoms, and may you find something new and exciting to keep you occupied and entertained while you’re bed bound ❤
A lot of things you’ll likely already have!
Common kitchen herbs (cinnamon, rosemary, mint, thyme, basil).
Candles. String. Envelopes. Jars/bottles (can be leftover from food). Nails. Thorns. Flowers.
Use what you have! Then buy certain ingredients once you know you really need them 💕
I found it, the artwork is by Cicely Mary Barker. Don’t know why the OP tagged it as that but 💁🏻
I’ve never had a familiar so I’m not the best person to ask!
Followers? 💕
This is why we can’t have nice things 😤 They’re 19 years old and already so filled with bitterness, I hope they’re able to find happiness and relief and growth.
