Please note that this is not at all an attempt to be passive aggressive or rude! I get the feeling that I come across as “all-knowing” but I just utilize critical thinking and a variety of search parameters when I don’t know things and want to be transparent with that!

my favourite song is cough syrup by young the giant. it reminds me of the real bad times in my life and how i overcame them and i am here. i still have a long ways to go, but it’s also nice to be reminded of how far i have gone already.

This is such a good nostalgic song and I’m glad it reminds you of how badass you are!! [Click here to listen!]

My current favourite song is Control by Halsey. Such a chilling and intense song

I’ve been listening to this song and some of her other songs quite a bit recently! [Click here to listen!]

My current favorite song is Our Own House by Misterwives because I love watching Lia Kim’s choreography of it! (If you like watching dancing, you should check it out!) And it’s about making your love work and I’m a kid of a divorce and idk it gives me a lot of hope. A song that makes me nostalgic is Coins by Local Natives. I love their music and I love his voice a lot. There’s a something about the feeling of this one that makes me feel a lot.

Our Own House: I really love the singer’s voice in this! [Click here to listen!]

Coins: Definitely nostalgic feels! [Click here to listen!]

If you’re still looking, my favorite song is “Cemeteries of London” by Coldplay, and on second place is “Heroin” by Lana Del Rey. I’ve got a fondness for somewhat dramatic music, I suppose…

Cemeteries of London: Feels slow but in a good way 🙂 [Click here to listen!]

Heroin: Definitely dramatic and that’s definitely not a bad thing! [Click here to listen!]

My fave song is between Two Coffins by Against Me (parents loving thier kids so much they wanna write a song to say they love them makes me wanna cry) or Against the Grain by City and Color (which I have a tattoo for)

Two Coffins: Awww this is super sweet and full of love! [Click here to listen!]

Against the Grain: Makes me feel like sitting on the porch in summer heat, content with a wandering mind. [Click here to listen!]

Time of the Season – The Zombies … It’s been a favorite of mine for nearly a decade now. It fills me with fond memories of walking around Portland with my favorite cousin, visiting way too many coffee shops, picnics in the park, discovering cute little shops hidden away.

Time of the Season: Totally makes me nostalgic for something I’ve had and something I’ve never experienced! [Click here to listen!]

My all-time favorite song is La Grange by ZZ Top! I’ve lived in Texas almost my whole life and to me that song is Texas’s theme, the same way Sweet Home Alabama is Alabama’s theme. 😀 The feel of the song just really sums up to me everything I love about living here.

La Grange: This reminds me of going to the Rodeo! Except it was in Wyoming not Texas 😉  [Click here to listen!]
