Oh it’s definitely a thing! A lot of people say that witchcraft is about reclaiming lost control and power, and nothing says loss of control like your body crapping out on you. A lot of the spells, sigils and other magic I use are just to get me as close to an abled-person’s baseline as possible (which sounds sad but it’s true).

Some people turn to religion, some turn away from it (it can be hard to understand why a greater power would allow such shitty things to happen to your body), and some turn to witchcraft!

Oh it’s always sad when a favorite crystal breaks 😦 I personally think they still hold the same energy as before, you just have more crystals! It has more character now! You can try to glue it together if you really want to as well.
